ShuvanRaj Acharya

Senior Advocate Shuvan Raj Acharya is a highly experienced Nepal-licensed attorney with over three decades of legal practice in corporate law, commercial transactions, arbitration, and litigation. With a distinguished career spanning 34 years, he has represented clients across all levels of courts and tribunals in Nepal and has been actively involved in arbitral proceedings for over 20 years.

He brings extensive expertise in corporate governance, financial sector reform, and legal advisory services, having worked with leading institutions, government bodies, and private entities. His experience includes drafting complex legal instruments such as joint venture agreements, share purchase agreements, employment contracts, and regulatory frameworks for domestic and multinational companies.

In addition to his legal practice, he is an academic professional serving as an Assistant Professor of Law (Business Law) at Tribhuvan University and a visiting faculty member for MBA and graduate law programs.
